Brayden Dickey, WR

It wasn’t so long ago Brayden Dickey was Brayden Lenius and he was heading to Southern California for his final year of high school, at Chaminade high school.
What could go wrong? He would be receiving passes from Brad Kaaya an elite 11 phenom qb. These two would do great things together at Chaminade, and one could argue that Brayden was the missing piece to helping Chaminade make it to winning the crown for the State Champions.
Brayden got a full ride to Washington to play for the Huskies. He travelled as a freshman, and made memorable catches as a sophomore. Only a handful of people know what happened that year that caused his decline in production and his landing in the dog house of the coaching staff. He red-shirted last year, then barely got time on the field, even against Fresno state he was barely targeted. Whatever the cause, I guess all things lead to his eventual transfer to Portland State.
The upside for Brayden are still in his favour. He will once again present personnel match up problems for DC’s as he takes his talents to play for a much smaller division 1 school.  He’s still in the NCAA and the scouts will find him hard to miss as a WR/TE. If he can get on the same page as the QB it could be a great year for Dickey, and the offence as one man can cause coverages to change. Also we all know how much the NFL loves WR/TE’s from smaller schools with great hands.
Good Luck Brayden
